Kezia Cook-Robinson

Senior Privacy Counsel, Verily Life Sciences, an Alphabet Company

Kezia is currently a Senior Privacy Counsel at Verily Life Sciences, sister company to Google, and an Alphabet company. Before joining Verily, Kezia was the Head of Compliance and Privacy Officer for Uber Health, and HIPAA Privacy Officer for Uber Technologies, Inc. She has almost 20 years of progressive experience in healthcare privacy and compliance, digital health and health IT, privacy management and data governance.

Her experience includes managing compliance and privacy programs at Centene Corporation; serving 10 years at the Office for Civil Rights, the agency within HHS that oversees HIPAA compliance and enforcement, as a Supervisory Equal Opportunity Specialist and HIPAA Team Lead; and providing thought leadership to major healthcare and life sciences clients as a consultant at Ernst and Young. Kezia is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and Georgia and is registered in-house counsel for the State of California. She is certified in healthcare compliance and healthcare privacy compliance from HCCA and in U.S. privacy law and regulations from IAPP. She also holds a certification as a data privacy solutions engineer with ISACA and she is a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society where she obtained a dual certificate in Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Law.

Jackie Mattingly

Chief Information Security Officer, Owensboro Health

Jackie Mattingly serves as the Chief Information Officer at Owensboro Health. She is responsible for the development and maintenance of the company’s information security program. She has earned her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and her master’s in Healthcare Administration with an emphasis on Informatics. Jackie holds the CHPS, HCISSP, GISP and CISSP designations. She has 20 years’ experience in IT and 8 years in information security. She has a passion for learning and teaching about technology and serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching Healthcare Privacy and Security. Jackie has published articles in CIOReview and Healthcare Tech Outlook magazines and loves to bring awareness to better information security and privacy practices for the benefit of Owensboro Health’s patients and team members.

Jon Moore

Chief Risk Officer and SVP Consulting Services, Clearwater

Jon Moore is an experienced professional with a background in privacy and security law, technology and healthcare. As Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President of Consulting Services at Clearwater, Jon works with healthcare leaders to safeguard their patients' health, health information, corporate capital and earnings through the creation and development of strong, proactive privacy and information security programs. Together with his colleagues at Clearwater, Jon provides the strategic advice, services, training and tools needed for a complete Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and HIPAA Compliance solution.

During an eight-year tenure with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Jon served in multiple roles. He was a leader of the Federal Healthcare Practice, Federal Practice IT Operational Leader, and a member of the Federal Practice’s Operational Leadership Team. Among the major federal clients supported by Moore and his team were the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Indian Health Service (IHS), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Administration for Children and Families (ACF).

Jon holds a BA in Economics from Haverford College, a law degree from Penn State University’s Dickinson Law, and an MS in Electronic Commerce from Carnegie Mellon’s School of Computer Science and Tepper School of Business.
