Greg Witte is a Senior Security Engineer for G2, Inc. of Annapolis Junction MD. He is a primary contributor to the Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and is the lead author for ISACA's CSF implementation guide. He has been building and securing information technology for over thirty years, twenty of them focused on information security. In addition to risk management and network defense for U.S. Federal customers, Greg has helped hundreds of commercial organizations stay secure. Greg is G2's technical lead for the Computer Security Division of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), supporting a broad array of reference architecture and guidance from cryptography to security automation. He also co-authored the McGraw-Hill textbook, Security Automation Essentials.
