Prior to Razi Ventures, Howe served as chief strategy officer and senior vice president of strategy and operations at RSA. She has 25 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on cybersecurity for the past 15 years. Before that, she served as the chief strategy officer of Endgame Inc. She is a senior operating partner at Energy Impact Partners and is on the boards of directors of Pondurance (as chair), Morgan Stanley Bank, NA, Recorded Future and Swimlane. Howe is also board adviser to RangeForce, Dragos, Picnic and others.
Cole is CEO and co-founder of Open Raven, a company focused on reimagining data protection. His 25 years of experience include working as a leader in consulting at Deloitte and ISS; enterprise products, as VP at Foundstone, CPO at CrowdStrike and CPO at Tenable; and consumer products, as VP at Norton.
