NTT Security and WhiteHat Security Describe Deal
NTT's Khiro Mishra and WhiteHat's Craig Hinkley on Application SecurityNTT Security has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately owned application security provider WhiteHat Security. Post-acquisition, WhiteHat Security will operate as an independent, wholly-owned subsidiary of NTT Security Corp.

Reflecting on the deal, which must still obtain regulatory approval, NTT Security's Khiro Mishra and WhiteHat Security's Craig Hinkley say the combination will help bring more application development security - and DevSecOps - products, services and smarts to more organizations, in part via WhiteHat Security's application security platform.
In a video interview with Information Security Media Group at RSA Conference 2019 in San Francisco, Mishra and Hinkley discuss:
