Only 38 percent of banking/security leaders have high confidence in their organization's ability to detect and prevent fraud, according to the latest Information Security Media Group Faces of Fraud Survey. John Gunn of VASCO Data Security weighs in on how to improve that confidence.

In an interview at ISMG's recent New York City Fraud and Breach Prevention Summit, where Gunn was a featured speaker, he discusses:

  • Results of the new survey;

Gunn is VASCO's chief marketing officer. Before joining VASCO in 2014, he launched and led the security solutions group at Harland Clarke, where he developed a SaaS-based consumer identity protection solution. Gunn also served as general manager of North America and vice president of global marketing for Aladdin Knowledge Systems, which offers authentication and application protection solutions. Prior to Aladdin, he was president of VisionTek, a consumer technology products company.
