Jaspreet is a Partner with EY India in the Advisory practice, leading Cyber Security solutions, focusing on the Telecom Media and Technology sector. Jaspreet joined EY in 2005 and is based in the Gurgaon office. He is an MBA (Systems) and a Bachelor of Computer Applications. Jaspreet is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Ethical hacker (CEH), Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Implementer of ISO 22301 (2012) and ISO 27001 (2013) and Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA).
Jaspreet has worked across a broad range of companies in Telecom, Technology, ITES, Media and Entertainment sectors. Jaspreet' s primary focus is on Cyber/ Business Resilience Strategy & Planning, Crisis Management, Cyber risk, Security Incident Response, Governance, Cloud Security, Risk & Compliance strategies & solutions, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Sox Compliance, Network, communication, data and voice infrastructure, Information Security advisory & implementation, IT Due Diligence review, IT Strategy ERP audits, Application reviews and Vendor Evaluation.
He has lead Infrastructure Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, web and mobile application security assessment for one of the major telecom vertical operating in Americas and Africa continent. He has lead SIEM solution implementation for for a leading telecom operator in Bangladesh. Jaspreet has broad-based business perspective with experience advising enterprise wide cyber security & IT strategies at Fortune 500 companies. He leads the Business Resilience (BCP) solution for EY India since last 3 years. He has led large advisory engagement including IT audit, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration testing, Business continuity planning and information security management system based on ISO 27001 for a leading telecom operator in Bangladesh. As an Engagement Partner, he has led engagements with various large organizations in Telecom & Technology verticals across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives, Middle east, Europe and Africa related to information security, business continuity and IT advisory, leading a team of 50+ professionals. He has led review of design and implementation of security controls across M-commerce platform including reviewing security configurations; assessing continuity and recovery capabilities. He has led engagement for information security and business process improvement for a leading provider of integrated visa processing solutions for its selected visa application centres in India, New Zealand and Fiji Island.
