General Manager-IT and Information Security, Airports Authority of India

Dalal is the general manager- IT and information security at Airports Authority of India. He has more than 30 years of experience in delivering ITC services in the Airports Authority of India. He was in charge of the first data center of Mumbai Airport from 1989 – 2000. Since then he has been instrumental in implementing various initiatives like establishment of nationwide network infrastructure, enterprise wide software solutions and applications like Airport Information Management System (AIMS), Electronics Tendering and Procurement System (ETAPS), No Objection Certificate Application System (NOCAS), SAP ERP implementation at 10 Airports.
